real nice letter from them stating that they were not going to cover any of it cause it was under the deductible price of 500 dollars. So i called the delinquents for an explaination on why i pay monthly for glass coverage (free replacement) when they do not cover it. Same story rude girl that sounded like a 14 year old child said that this claim was filed as a "bodily damage claim" and it was under 500 dollars so i hav to cover it. Assurance America does not treat ethnic and religious groups with respect at all. The company is run by women who hate men and they make sure they make their lives miserable. Trust me, I know.

Dealing with them is llike dealing with the government. It has been over 6 weeks since my accident. Their insurer was at fault and they sent me a check. The place they told me I had to go to get the estimate laughed when they told me what I was given from this low life insurance company and won't fix my truck for this amount. Then they call me and tell me to get m car fixed. Why should I have to pay when I did not cause the issue. They lie every chance they get. Medical bills- forget it, they won't pay those either. My adjustor called me promptly after I initially filed my claim. She took my statement and had me email pictures and fax the police report. An appraiser came that very afternoon to take more pictures. Then I heard nothing for a week even though I was leaving voice mails and emails everyday asking for an update. The following week I asked for her supervisor, got his voice mail, and he calls me back the same day and mails my check the same day! check arrived two days later. perfect.

Before getting a lawyer I tried to deal with them and when I asked for the summary of the policy I was do you have a lawyer I said no I did not have one the documents I needed they told me that I was not getting it. They wanted me to sue my insurance to pay for the damages and doctor bills that there client cause. I had to get a lawyer and now they still do not want to pay. This company should be made to close its doors for ever. My wreck was in 2008 they will not pay for a rental car they tried to make sign papers before me... read more

My mother has had the pleasure of dealing with this insurance for almost 3 weeks now and no results yet. Their policy holder was at fault and the accident report indicates it. No word from the adjuster because their investigating the accident. Investigating what ?? their client ran a freaking stop light and bang my mother's car. She is injured but, just wants her car fixed!!! If anyone has had some kind of break through with this horrific company please reply!!! Erica Chlt, NC

I sincerely dont know why this company is still in business, poor customer service, my adjuster never wanted to work with me and is still not. i might be forced to report them to higher authorites, my car was in a wrecklast year reported case same day and turnes in all documents needed for the claim to be processed. Been driving a rental for 8 weeks now, they cannot tke over my payments they say that they are still ''INVESTIGATING" i wonder how long it takes them to do the investigation. THE CLAIM ADJUSTER WHO HANDLE MY CLAIMS SUCKS. SHE DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME AT ALL. I TRIED TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR AND SHE WASN'T ANY BETTER. BOTH ACTED AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT THAT MY CAR WAS STOLEN. THEY NEED TO BE SUSPENDED WITHOUT PAY FOR A FEW DAYS!!!!
