What a nightmare! We have had the pleasure of dealing with this insurance company for almost 3 weeks now and no results yet. Their policy holder was at fault and the accident report indicates it. No word from the adjuster because their investigating the accident. Investigating what ?? their client ran a stop sign and bang my wife's car with my 10month old son in the car. I was given 5 different stories and still have not received a refund. The local insurance company, American Insurance Company deducted money from my account without my authorization. I went in the office and I should have known these people were not professional when the office staff were watching "The Real Housewives of Atlana" . After my new truck was hit by an ASSurance America customer, they tried to force the body shop to install only used replacement parts, telling them they don't pay for new parts. Then they refused to pay a fair amount for depreciation on the truck which amounted to $2500. You're lucky if you can get a return call and if you do they are rude. The accident happened in May 2010 and it's December now and still no resolution to the depreciation issue, even after I presented all the documentation they asked for concerning proof of ... read more

I was involved in a minor accident with one of Assurance America's insured and I have gotten the worst customer service imaginable. I am told they will call me back in 24 hours and wait for the call for 2 or 3 days and then call back and get the same response/treatment. I would never buy insurance from this company and you should hope that if ever you should be in an accident, God will make sure it's not with one of Assuance's insured. Bad, bad customer service. I live in Arizona and have full coverage currently, and in the state of Arizona it is required for insurance companies to provide free glass replacement under full coverage(well not completely free i pay monthly for glass coverage).
