Assurance Restoration was absolutely wonderful and on top of everything from start to finish. They were at our office within 15 minutes of calling and brought in their full staff to make sure everything was handled in a timely manner. They stayed in contact with us every day until the issue was fully resolved. I cannot recommend Assurance Restoration and their amazing team enough!
They will put a lien on your property even before they begin the work. Even after paying them in full they would not take the lien off. If you want a nightmare working for a company that should be reported to the BBB, then be my guest.

Monday, January 26, 2026, after 6:00pm, my renter called. Tulsa had been experiencing a severe Arctic blast with temperatures below zero for several days, lots of snow and ice. He came home from work, and like many, had a broken pipe leading to overflowing sinks and his bathtub. I called City of Tulsa, and luckily was referred to Assurances Restoration for the area. Assurance Restoration did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom. The team was professional, easy to work with, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the work is excellent, and they kept everything clean and on schedule. We’re really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
