Terrible company!!! Don't ever rent from them! Terrible business practices, no sense of urgency and they will falsify any information to fit their narrative. They should not be managing properties and should be out of business indefinitely. Every negative comment heard or review read about Assurance Property Management Group are 100% accurate.

I unfortunately rented through Assurance (Karen S******) for 24 months and would not recommend anyone else to! I felt that I was a great tenant, paid rent on time, and never bothered Karen about anything other than maintenance issues. Also note that this is a self-ran "company" and that Karen was only responsive via email. To say the least, Karen is extremely unprofessional. She kept my deposit originally for "wear and tear" of paint then later added a hole in the door, and for mounting a TV on the wall after I spoke to her ... read more
