The flex plate on my generator broke during emergency operation of a long term total power failure due to hurricane Irma. The day after the hurricane left the area, I went to the Assurance Power Systems office headquarters in Delray Beach, FL for a replacement part and the entire service staff searched the warehouse for a replacement flex plate.
