Phil is very detail oriented and has many times found roof leaks or other defects that saved my customers a lot of money. Very thorough, I learned more about my home from phil, then living it for 25years! extremely knowledgeable in regards to past and current building codes, honest, upfront, on time, professional, very rare to find companies with these qualities anymore!!
This is definitely the home inspector you want to hire when you need a home inspection. I’ve bought several homes in the past and used other home inspectors before meeting Phil, and he was by far the best home inspector I have ever met. I don’t think any of the inspectors I used in the past were certified Master home inspectors, let alone dual certified Master inspectors (he is a certified Master home inspector by InterNACHI and AHIT!) and it shows - his knowledge of homes, their systems and how they work, and how to inspect... read more
