Good job I had assurance heating out to my house when it was 95° I called three other companies and did not get a callback. They came out to my house the same day and fix my problem. The problem they found was the last company that was out there for my annual maintenance did not clean my unit. I will have assurance heating and air-conditioning do all my maintenance in the future.
I think they are great. I've been using Assurance for over 15 years. They have never let me down and there prices are very reasonable. The customer service is friendly and their service men are very well qualified.

Rude and unprofessional Be VERY careful about dealing with this company. They deal with you as if they are doing you a favor .... they have no clue about customer service ... I personally dealt with Mary Lynn, and wish I had never dealt with anyone. Obnoxious and condescending... The only reason I am dealing with them is because the insurance company has them as their vendor.NEVER AGAIN ....
