Joel Holmes was absolutely an amazing loan officer to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. From the beginning of my loan until the end he was by my side even showing up at the closing of our home! Joel and his team went above and beyond even responding on nights and weekends! If we ever purchase again Joel will be our first call!
Joel was great at communication, no matter what day of the week or what hour of the day. We both work 9 to 5 jobs most lenders will only answer you during those hours of the day. However, he was very kind to make time for us Regardless of what time a day, it was. He always got all of our paperwork and our name's correct. Even when our real estate company couldn't. Everything moved along in a timely manner. Apparently there were some bumps in the road, but they got solved and we did not have to stress over that and that was a big deal! Communication was constant and given even when not asked for.
David was great from start to finish. Communicaiton was great and we had zero issues.
