I was referred Assurance Automotive after my neighbor saw that I got into a bad car crash that left my car destroyed from the front. After passing by and speaking with the owner John I knew I made the right choice entrusting them to repair my vehicle. They were honest and very communicative with me through the entire repair process. I will recommend this shop anyone and everyone. Will definitely come again if I ever get in another accident. Took my cargo van here for grinding noises. Was told it was an axle. Got charged almost 1k and had to bring it back 3 times until I realized they just can't fix it. Turns out it was the transmission. I got taken for 1k so 👎🏾
