Jared was excellent. We had him service our unit a couple of years ago and he has not lost his touch of providing personable and outstanding service. He explained what he was doing and why. He was not a pushy salesperson trying to convince us to get a new unit. Jared simply provided a cost benefit analysis of patching our old unit vs buying a new and energy efficient system. When we do decide to have a new unit installed we will return to you because of your outstanding service.
I could not be happier with my new unit and the customer service I received and continue to receive! Great Company! My light bill has decreased substantially since getting our new unit. Runs so nice and quiet and runs beautifully! Charlie is a great business man! Ariel is always helpful as well ! Hunter came to do our service this week and he was EXCELLENT! We had a new AC installed. Everything seems to be running as it should and they were pleasant to work with. They also did a good job cleaning up at the end of the day.
