Same here they seem to be running a scam with the checks where they claim the check was lost even tho I have proof from my bank. Instead of normal payment system they expect you to call them after each check is sent to make sure it arrived on time. Please help by reporting this business to the Illinois department of revenue tax fraud site as well as the Illinois attorney general consumer protection.
I don’t want to even waste my time writing a review for them. The only think I will say is that even one star is a lot for this company.
Absolutely no communication, never call back, never answer their phones. Today ( 2/26/18) they literally kicked my wife and my son out of there , saying that we don't get a parking spot for the apartment we are paying. Rude and absolutely disgusted of their acts and communication skills! Selling my property because of them!
This company is rediculous. Every small business owner in the world accepts various methods of payment (i.e. PayPal, credit/debit cards, automatic payment) they only accept mailed checks, are deliquent in sending invoices, and threaten you if you are ever late.
