If I could give no stars, I would. I started complaining in the summer of 2023 about a vicious dog getting loose all the time. They did nothing. They said they sent a letter. I continued to complain and brought it up at every board meeting, of which I was a member until I resigned this past Monday night. Well that dog got loose on 9/21/24 and attacked my dog who was leashed. I incurred $1147 in veterinary bills and the dog's property owner won't reimburse me. Needs improvement this office..
I recently sold my home, and as many know, it's a messy process, so I am expecting refunds from a couple of places. One of them is Association Property Management. I'm sure I have called every day this week, to no avail. Seems like I now need to pop up in the office. I shouldn't even have to inquire about this. It can't be this hard to maintain a log of paid HOA fees.
