Horrible. Sue Wood is the manager and she is unprofessional & lazy at best. Complaints of financial practices leave little room for excuses. One is left to believe she is unethical, even fraudulent. Calls too often are taken by the answering service and then rarely, if ever, returned. Statements for HOA fees do not get sent out with any regularity and claims are made by Sue that homeowners have not paid for periods that are often 2, 3 or more years past. If I could give no stars, I would. I started complaining in the summer of 2023 about a vicious dog getting loose all the time. They did nothing. They said they sent a letter. I continued to complain and brought it up at every board meeting, of which I was a member until I resigned this past Monday night. Well that dog got loose on 9/21/24 and attacked my dog who was leashed. I incurred $1147 in veterinary bills and the dog's property owner won't reimburse me.
