We switched from another Association to this one due to a very bad experience. Marsha and Kat have gone above and beyond to turn things around. The customer service is outstanding and they really care about our community. Sure, sometimes hard decisions have to be made for the greater good of the community. When that happens, Marsha handles it with grace and compassion. We thank you for all you do and look forward to working with you in the future.
Our HOA transitioned to AssociationOne a couple of years ago. The last property management company we had wasn’t awesome, but at least they knew how to communicate in a professional and polite fashion…after all they are providing a service to customers (we shouldn’t have to say that customer service requires both things).
