This review is specific to Jake from maintenance. It was discovered there was a lack of heating fins to keep one of the bedrooms warm. Jake installed them professionally and this helps to keep the room warmer, especially in winter. What was equally impressive as his technical abilities was his professional demeanor, sincerity, keeping me up to date on progress, and explaining things thoroughly in a way a lay person can understand. Jake is highly recommended.
I recently had an experience that completely changed my opinion of this property management company. There was a water line rupture between my unit and my neighbor’s, and they handled the situation quickly and professionally. The repairs were taken care of without delays, which I really appreciated during a stressful situation. I have worked with Association One for several years and from the senior staff of Brian Borchardt & Carl McElroy, to property managers like Marsha Craft & Todd Klohn, maintenance and other support staff, everyone conducts their duties with integrity, care for their customers and communication is never an issue. Association One has been a true partner and it's has been a pleasure working with them.
We recently did some work for Carl and his company. They are fantastic to deal with. Very respectfully and timely on everything. I highly recommend working with them!
AssociationOne and Property Manager, Todd Klohn, in particular, have given our HOA a much needed compass for helping direct our affairs in serving our ownership.
