I've put in requests for 3 years trying to get dead trees/branches removed from trees hanging over my house. The 2 previous requests were deleted. This year, I place my requests on 6-11-26 and still have not had my tree issues resolved. They report requesting an update on 8-14, it's now 8-24. They just chopped down a tree in my neighbor's yard and kept going. Never even looked at mine! They blame it on the "vendor." I live in a townhome development managed by Association One. The irrigation system for our development hasn't been working at all this 2026 season. I've contacted Association One several times about the issue, and all they say is Xcel Energy needs to turn the electrical meter on. The only thing Chris Gosse, the account manager, has done is to call the Xcel residential phone number requesting service. Now, the grass is brown and our bushes and trees are dying. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with AssociationOne. I first contacted them on July 13 after a roughly $40 piece of my personal property was damaged. On July 24, I was told they were “waiting for a manager response” and that someone would reach out. I followed up again on July 31 after nearly three weeks without accountability or a meaningful update.
