AssociationOne and Property Manager, Todd Klohn, in particular, have given our HOA a much needed compass for helping direct our affairs in serving our ownership. Todd is proactive, organized, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy in his work on our behalf. His fellow colleagues are cut from the same mold as they support Todd and our HOA, accordingly. I have no reservation in recommending AssociationOne for other HOA Boards who need HOA direction.
Horrible experience with Association One. My car was towed overnight without any warning, and only after the fact did they email me saying my car would be towed — completely backwards. They even used a towing company over 40 minutes away when plenty are nearby, which feels suspicious and unfair. This company is a scam, and I’ll be suing them for the damages caused by this illegal and predatory towing.
Alexis and her Team are fantastic. They respond promptly and are always willing to help.
Writes you up for a violation, violation quoted has nothing to do with the photo they send. Nor do they include any specifics of what they are upset about. Absolutely cancerous organization. Glad to be moving.
Our recent experience has been trustworthy. As of now we highly recommend them if quality and detail are important. In our 26 years at Treehouse in the Woods we can recall only one other management company coming close to Association One.
