I know lots of people complain about getting inspections and having to cut their grass. I completely agree with that point, but I cannot lie and say that this management company hasn’t made a difference in my community. We recently transferred over to AMP and even though I don’t like to get letters, I know that they are definitely doing the work. Our HOA uses AMP after a less desirable experience with a different management company. They are excellent, especially Bea Moore, who takes extra time with her communities. They are affordable, knowledgeable, and take the time to the do the job right. Our community has used them for three years plus years and will continue to do so.
I love my HOA manager. Ms. Beatrice M, is the best. She is very responsive to our every needs and more.
