Just left my fifth voicemail with them to resolve an issue across multiple weeks. Still have not been able to talk to anyone about it.
Emails and phone calls with concerns continue to go unanswered, and have for years. As a paying homeowner in the neighborhood, I would expect my concerns to be heard and immediately addressed. Mark Wetzel is only concerned with collecting a paycheck and nothing more. He doesn’t even know how to keep his nasty remarks about my complaints to himself! He included me in the email! What a joke!
Could take more proactive approach against obvious problems in neighborhood. Grass in neighborhood barely gets any nourishment and it shows compared to other neighborhoods.
