I have spent over two years patiently asking to get street sign posts that are falling apart replaced and a stop sign that is on a metal post that belongs on a country road, which by the way, leans whichever way the wind blows. I live in a very nice neighborhood managed by AMG and it seems like either this company or our HOA board doesn’t care about maintenance. For the past several months, I have repeatedly requested information from AMG on who they are communicating with for the approval of increases in HOA fees for our community. They sometimes claim to be in contact with the board, but in other emails act as if they are not. Homeowners in the community are not receiving any communication, yet the dues are continually increasing without discussion or approval.
