The worst home owners association on the planet. If you find out that your moving into a property owned by this HOA. Dont buy. The monthly HOA fee is \$210 and thats for nothing. The houses directly infront of the HOA are able to use the pool and club house but if your an house outside of that, you get no use of the pool or club house.
These prior reviews are correct. This is the worst HOA management company in the world. They will price gouge you. Beware! They LOVE charging lump sum fees.
Very rude, unprofessional, unresponsive you name it. Please take this in to consideration before using this company. I sure their job just like the rest of the worlds is tough but these people really just down right stink!!!
