The specialists are excellent. However, the appointment scheduling staff are rude and show very little empathy, to the point that I would rather see a different doctor. Instead of making the scheduling process easier, they make patients feel unwelcome and as though they're being treated like an inconvenience. It's disappointing because the quality of the medical care is overshadowed by the poor customer service.
Rude and unprofessional front desk
I have been working with the weight management team since October of 2025. I have had so much support to help me meet my weight loss and health goals. My team includes Dietician Julie Adam’s who taught me how to improve my diet and nutritional goals, Coach Jen helped improve my mindset about health and weight loss, physical therapist Todd Bitzer worked with me for 3 months to strengthen my muscles and improved my knee pain so I could strength train. So Dr. Kleinberg passed away. Did the practice go down the drain after that? I called and left a message with a fairly serious question, looking for doctor's help. It's been 3 days... No call back.
I have been a patient of Dr. Baum for over 35 years. Each and every step of the way, his professionalism, combined with his knowledge and compassion, have seen me through the birth of my children and the loss of a pregnancy. For over 35 I have trusted Dr Baum with personal and private health information and I am continually impressed with his integrity. Dr. Baum’s professional demeanor consistently allows me to feel comfortable during my visits and confident in my medical care. Highly recommended in every regard.
