The only reason that this review has three stars, not five has nothing to do with Tristin Murphy. I think she is an incredible asset to Silver Valley’s HOA team. She does everything that she can to resolve situations and in a very professional manner. Tristin takes residence concerns, truly, seriously no matter if you are a renter or you own, and does her job seamlessly. This is the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Totally unresponsive to service requests. Open requests ignored for months, years and even decades. Hard to believe, but true. All requests well documented and reported to board members on calls. Hard to believe they keep renewing management contract with them, even after 20+ years of unacceptable performance. I would recommend anyone looking at a management company look elsewhere.

Amy Demrovsky is amazing! Nobody enjoys receiving an HOA violation letter in the mail but sometimes life gets busy and something is missed. Amy was a true professional in helping me navigate the violation and how to cure. Her and Association & Community Management worked with us on timing and how to bring the property back up to standards.
Christian Kovac helped me today with the trouble of my HOA payments I am having with Silver Valley. She directed me in the right direction to get this figured out. I appreciate you help.
