I've been trying to get action on a maintenance issue for 10 months. Like others, I have been getting nowhere with this company. Diana... return your calls promptly like your voicemail- which I've heard numerous times over the past several months- claims you will do.
Someone needs to outlaw HOAs altogether. They all suck! This one is no better than any other.
