Diana and the team at ACM who manages our HOA are always prompt and kind and helpful. I have been working with them for over 10 years in my community and they are consistently great!
This HOA is a joke. A package gets stolen, they respond with no empathy. We're told we couldn't park in their precious club parking spots that NO ONE EVER PARKS IN, and my husbands truck was broken into with ALL of his tools stolen including a $1000 packout system. There are no cameras where we are told to park. Why is there "security" here?! They don't care about the people who live at their properties. They care about the rules they enforce that no one actually living at their properties care about. They are on power trips... read more
ACM has managed the HOA where I live for years. It looked like there was no HOA with unkempt yards and inconsistency from house to house. I joined the HOA board of directors and became aware of the problems. First, the manager doesn't know the answers she should, nor does she research the question to provide answers. They overcharged us on their fees 3 of the last 5 years. They provide incomplete financials - weeks late. They charged for a 2nd website they never kept updated.
