Someone needs to outlaw HOAs altogether. They all suck! This one is no better than any other.

The Jasmine Condominium HOA has been beyond amazing to work with. Very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend the complex and their proactive HOA!

Do not buy or stay at any place that has these guys managing the HOA. Please do your homework. It's your investment. It's equally as important as a home inspection. Edit-you may notice them trying to reach out on here to make it look they are trying to understand the issue but they are fully aware after demand letters were sent. Trust me, please do not buy or rent anything that this place manages. They will take your HOA fees and take complete advantage of you.
