This is the worst real estate/property management firm I've ever worked with. Zero communication skills, no personable or relational ability, lack of care in any form when my mother died in the house my sister was renting with her. Extremely unprofessional and detached from human experience. Getting out of the lease was a major hassle (read the fine print), then suing my sister when she had actually paid everything required. We moved into a community managed by APMS. Our HOA manager, Summer Cruz, has been very helpful to us in understanding how to process and work with our community thru our HOA. Professional, thorough and kind.
My experience with APMS Realty has been extremely disappointing. Communication is a major issue. Terry Weaver( the owner) does not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, if at all, which makes it very difficult to get anything resolved. Unfortunately, the same problems exist with the account manager, Summer Cruz. Responses are often delayed or unclear, and getting a straightforward answer can be a challenge. If I could give a zero star I would. This HOA company is a joke! They just take your money and do nothing they are supposed to do with it. Hole in the fence, who cares. Shutters missing on buildings, who cares. Kids vandalizing the property meh who cares. Trash can disgusting and people throwing trash everywhere but the trash can, not their problem.
