This company is so far out of their depth, and they’re drowning with very simple tasks that can’t be completed. We’ve been lied to, discriminated against, refused to be met with, dealt with nonsensical fees, all for Summer Cruz not to do her job in the slightest. I would give 0 stars if I could. APMS was hired to be our interim HOA in the Wingate Ryan Homes neighborhood. They've been horrible to work with. Summer Cruz rarely responds to emails and Terry has no control over his own business. We wrote to Summer about someone climbing on a car and smashing a car window in in our neighborhood - no response.
