If I could give a zero star I would. This HOA company is a joke! They just take your money and do nothing they are supposed to do with it. Hole in the fence, who cares. Shutters missing on buildings, who cares. Kids vandalizing the property meh who cares. Trash can disgusting and people throwing trash everywhere but the trash can, not their problem.
