We are very happy with APMS. Their management style is to get it right the first time and keep the subdivision looking great. Easy to work with and very organized.
APMS has been consistently responsive to requests for information and assistance.
This company is so far out of their depth, and they’re drowning with very simple tasks that can’t be completed. We’ve been lied to, discriminated against, refused to be met with, dealt with nonsensical fees, all for Summer Cruz not to do her job in the slightest. All of the evidence has been submitted to the Office of Common Interest Community. When APMS is your HOA, you’re guaranteed to be throwing your money down the drain.
