She really loves to remind you about what things aren’t her job, to the point that it would take her less time to actually, god forbid HELP you. Chris Brooks doesn’t belong in any aspect of the human service industry.
Reading these reviews about Associates West and in particular Chris Brooks validates so many experiences I have had with her. Every decision to use the absolute worst platform for payments and documents and maintenance has been due to her. They are collecting way too much private bank information and not uploading anything important like the agreement between my building and associates west. If you enjoy paying a property manager that uses antiquated Websites to collect dues, doesn’t update said website with pertinent documents and ignores maintenance requests, then Chris Brooks is a great fit for you. If you want a hands on property manager, this is not the person or company for you. She loves to remind us how many buildings she is managing (20 something) no wonder she is useless.
I want to be as specific as possible so that you do not spend your hard earned money on a property that is managed by Chris Brooks from Associates West.
