I question their medical competence.
Imagine that! Bills end up in collections. Same with us. We did not receive a bill, just was turned over to collections. I think some adult should take that billing department over.
Their actual services rendered may be great, but their billing dept, customer services in the billing department, and insurance billing team are all WAY UNDER STANDARDS in my experience. We ended up in collection over a bill for my spouse I called about 3 times that, based on my explanation of benefits from my insurance company, should not have been as high as it was. This is NOT OK!!
This company is a joke. Say they send out bills and never arrive then threaten you with bill claims.
