Program was nice. Staff was very friendly Once signed up i never really had any accountability or follow ups just machine treatments. No real discussions on progress. Did lose some weight
Called for an appointment and asked if they wear masks at this facility. The person on the phone proudly stated that they serve over 50 patients a day and that no one in the building wears a mask. For an alleged healthcare facility, that perspective seems not just ignorant but dangerous to the health of both patients and staff.
