Best physician and awesome staff
Place is a joke. Staff never answers phone. If your sick and need to see a physician they tell you to call 911. For your own safety please stay away from these hacks
Now known as Breakwater Primary Care... I am giving 2 stars because the staff is mostly very nice and compassionate. Although during my last visit I was absolutely shocked when the new medical assistant looked at my list of medications and asked me what medication is called "semi-annual"? I had to explain that that is not the name of a medication but how often I take it. I unfortunately had to stop seeing my physician at this location because he refused to help me get medical transportation and refused to help me get an MRI ... read more
This practice has been my primary care for many years. Since Dr. Kerzer retired things have changed. I have had 4 PCP's in the last 2 years. I had a 3:50 appointment today and was told the doctor was at least 45 min behind. I walked out and will not be returning.
Doctors are great, front staff never answer the phones, between that and the portal changes it’s virtually impossible to speak to someone at this establishment.
