This office faxed a landline over and over and over, and now they are FAXING AGAIN to a landline and it's not stopping. I called their phone, and requested for them to STOP faxing a LANDLINE, and they did it again after I hung up with the women who answered the phone. SMH
Professional good practice been with them for decades. The care and know what they're doing sometimes are busy!
Turning away a patient for being 10 minutes late. No reason to get in an accident and need additional medical care because you can't wait 10 minutes. Things happen..you should plan buffer time into your schedule.
