I've been coming to AIP for almost 30 years and I've never had anything even close to a bad experience! Dr. Shuman is one of the most caring professionals I have ever met and Celeste, the hygienist I usually see, is super kind and positive. They have both gone the extra mile for me again and again. All the hygienists I have had over the years at AIP have been gentle and thorough. It is reassuring to know that Dr. Shuman is doing a thorough job making certain that I will keep the tooth that has given me so much trouble. The exam is very comprehensive and I leave feeling that I am receiving the best possible care. Such a positive experience. The office staff is very supportive and make scheduling easy.
I am so thankful that Dr Shuman's office was recommended by my hygienist in Rutland. Their group is like a family to me. Kim at the front desk is just the best and Cindy sees me every 3 months for cleaning and she has always made me so very comfortable. Dr Shuman is without a doubt the kindest person I know, he really wants to know how you are doing on every level.
