If you would call me back I'll change my rating to 5 stars. Terrible communication, never return messages. Tell me we owe money for a denied claim from an emergency room visit... All you have to do is submit evaluation notes and it will be paid by insurance. BCBS also clearly states you are in violation of your contract by billing us instead of doing your job. Nevermind you submitted the same flawed claim 3 times, the other reason insurance didn't pay in full. This would be a simple fix if only somebody would return a call. ... read more

Very poor customer service. Very cold uncaring doctors. Stay away!
Severe lack of communication. I need to discuss the results of my kidney ultrasound. I call and they immediately put me into a queue that says "you have requested a call back" when i did not. This happens every time i call and even when i wait no one answers. When i do request a call back i don't get one. My health care is important to me, especially when it comes to my kidneys. It seems that if your office is unresponsive and doesn't care it's time for me to look elsewhere for my health care.
The very best Nephrogists, especially Dr. Sourab Dhungel. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very knowledgeable and personable. Ms. Kadian is a real God-sent, MA, a real treasure, hold onto her!
