The doctor is great but the office and staff are horrible! If u ask a question they give u an attitude. They are rude and the office looks like it closed down ten years ago and then they unlocked the doors ten years later and started seeing patients.
Dr. Mo is fantastic, but the office staff not so much. Never greeted with a pleasant hello or smile, asking questions is made to feel like an inconvenience, called to ask a simple question and was told the office is closed, call back tomorrow, but I called well before the time listed as closing time. If it weren’t for Dr. Mo being so great, I’d never go back.
Dr. Parsa is the best person that I.could ever ask for in managing my stage 3b Kidney disease. She is patient, caring and very knowledgeable
Knowledgeable staff. Physician advised future treatments on current disease that was in layman terms and understandable
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Pudasaini @ Associates in Nephrology. The medical assistant that checked me was fair during the check out. DDr. Pudasaini was great. He explained my situation to me. He listened to my concerns & he gave me a plan of action for hopefull a happy ending. The same medical assistant checked me out.
