This was a disaster. She seemed too busy and too overwhelmed to focus on the issue. After 5 appointments, she was still not dealing with the issue my relative was there for. Not once did she ask my relative or me (POA) what our goals were. I was given limited time to even speak... We were totally off topic the whole time. Kept thinking she would begin to address the major problem he was there for, but that never happened. Waste of our time and money. Relative got no help at all. He has gotten worse. We left exasperated.
