After 15 years of being a patient, this place abruptly stopped working with my insurance company. No notice or warning…just stopped. I received a message saying that I would need to change insurance to honor my already scheduled appointment with a specialist. WHAT!?!?! My needed health care is left in limbo due to their inability to communicate or deliver the service! This place should be avoided at all costs, and celebrated when it goes out of business!!!
There are some really sharp doctors here. I’ve been coming here for a while and am a second generation patient (My mother is also a physician). I’ve had some small issues which the front desk as others have commented but nothing major and nothing recently so I assume they sorted it out. I wouldn’t recommend using the third party blood draw service they have in their office though.
I have been seeing Amy Goldfaden for over 35 years. She is the best, most caring, and thorough doctor.
If I could give this place a zero I would!!! There staff is incredibly rude. I went there years ago and stopped going when my doctor left . Over a decade ago! I called to try to get in with a different doc who was accepting new patients. They couldn’t get me in the system for whatever reason and were supposed to call me back. NEVER did!
