I hate to write a bad review anywhere, especially when all of the people I have dealt with have, for the most part, been kind and helpful. Also, this review is less for this office in particular, and more for Banner health in general. Having said that, the merge of Banner and Village Med has made something as simple as getting a prescription filled so frustrating. Absolutely horrible. Definitely go somewhere else. I try to get my daily medication filled from my provider at this place and I could not get my daily thyroid prescription filled for over a week and a half from them because nobody would answer, nobody would put it in. And then when they did their callback it was not very pleasant and had more of an irritated response. I'm never going back here again. I recommend anyone should. Horrible place
One of the best experiences I’ve had in a medical office since moving to Colorado. Came in with a suspected ear infection and was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Ptaszkiewicz was thorough and send the RX right away and even gave me a print off of the RX to make sure the pharmacy couldn’t say they didn’t get it. I was thankful for this foresight because thats exactly what happened. Feeling much better just hours later!
Did walk in for urgent card .Check in quick and easy .PA who seen today explain everything detail with no rush.Definitely recommend
Went for a possible sprain for my son, we were seen quickly, even as a new patient. In and out in an hour or less from start to finish, including X-rays.
