I was misled by front desk people resulting in me loosing all my sessions for tattoo removal. I had my first appointment in march that went well except they charged me more and they had scheduled me another appointment sometime in june which was never confirmed and i never got the confirmation in text or call. I called several times to see when the appointment was and never got a answer until july.
