I took my elderly mother there for an eye exam and to fix the frames of her glasses. Since I'd gotten my glasses from there, I expected a level of professionalism. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I've ever had with an eye doctor. At first while doing the eye test, my mother could barely read the letters on some of the rows and the lady's response was "You were able to read them before." Like my mother was lying! This place accepted my insurance. And I only had a $39.00 copay.
They’re rude and short with me and keep saying “they’re short staffed” and don’t want to answer any of my questions or seem to want to do their job thoroughly AT ALL. From the receptionist to the actually eye doctor. From picking up your prescriptions and any follow ups…. They want your money and want you in and out the door quickly. I also mentioned my dry eye allergy problems and they were not addressed at all.
