Friendliest Male Doctor - he's just a sweetheart! Woman Doctor was curt, rude, and nasty.
Had a terrible experience here, staff was extremely unwelcoming. The receptionist had zero customer service. My appointment was set for 11am, I ran into traffic was no more than 10 minutes late. Showed up only to be told they have a "cancellation policy" for appointments at the ten minute mark. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me she would need to figure out my insurance card information and did not have time to call them, therefore I would have to reschedule. Disappointed. I've been trying to get help for over a month with no resolution. I had worn Biofinity contacts for years and loved them. At my appointment in December, I was told they no longer offer Biofinity and that "Voyant" is their alternative. Unfortunately, Voyant lenses have been absolute trash. I gave them a fair shot, assuming it was just an adjustment period—but they tear constantly.
