To care better for my eye glasses. after 6 months 3 replacements frams I still suffer with soars behind my ear. the pain is unbareable yet all they did was order new frams and adjustments nothing helped. last visit they had me order new frams. okay now I wait 2 weeks or more for another fram. my vision has worsen do to uncomfortable fit. Took time of work numerous times to sit and wait for adjustment. This group has always been the eye doctor that I went to as an adult. But when I asked around for eye doctors in the area for toddlers… I was referred to another company. But I took my four-year-old anyway and it was the best decision ever! The entire team was absolutely fabulous with my little four-year-old who had no idea what was going on. From start to finish! So patient and kind… She’s now asking me when she can go back! LOL… I just love this group! Highly recommend to anyone of any age!
They are very helpful and honest. If the frame doesn't fit your face and look good on you, they will help you find one that does.
The staff is always friendly and professional. The megans have so much patience with the instructions of using contacts. Cortney has saved me a few times in glasses emergencies.
When my frames broke in less than a year, Lori in the optical shop saw to it that they were replaced at no charge. They obviously had a flaw. Thank you Lori 🌸
