I was actually late for my appointment and I received a call from Associates in Family Dentistry asking me if I was still planning on coming in. I live close by, so I was actually able to make my appointment and got done in time for the dental technician's next appointment. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and they do a great job examining and cleaning my teeth.

Root Canal I had a terrible tooth ache on Friday night and AFD got me in first thing on Saturday morning and fixed the problem. Thanks!

Tooth Extractions & Temporary Bridge Dentist - Timothy Biel. Attended to painless tooth extraction. Fitted with a temporary bridge before leaving. Good personalities as well as good "bedside manners". Very well orchestrated processes, to include the front office staff.

I had an appointment at 4:00 on Weds. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get permission from a manager to leave early so I ended up being nearly 30 minutes late. The receptionist said that I would have to reschedule but one of the hygienists said that she could stay. So I finally made it to the office, apologizing profusely. Each of the staff members that I talked to was very gracious about the situation making an already difficult day, so much easier. I would recommend this office to anyone who asks.
