Patient care On the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, I lost a crown at dinner. We were leaving the country on Friday morning for 10 days and I called the emergency number. Dr. Biel responded in minutes and met me at the office on Thanksgiving morning. He was great, not put out at all and fixed my problem quickly. That is what I call great service!
