I had service with this company back in October. To get the deep cleaning I had to wait over 6 months to get the service. At the time when I get the service I filed for dental insurance and I was informed how much my portion was and I paid that portion on the day of my service. Then after a while I got a bill from Associates in Family Dentistry when I contact them I was informed I have to contact the insurance then I contacted the insurance. Associates in Family Dentistry is top notch! First off, I should say I hate the dentist. I am not scared of them, I just hate it. I have to say I went to this practice with an emergency situation and they have been fantastic. They checked with my insurance to see what would be covered, they offered me a payment plan and they have spectacular hours! Associates in Family Dentistry I have been going to this dentist for over 15 years. My children have received great care and now my grandchildren are receiving care. The staff of dentists are friendly and my care has always been the best with no complications. I highly recommend this establishment for the whole family.
