Dr. Brock is amazing! She really took the time to hear my concerns and give me a detailed eye exam! Staff was very friendly as well!
Had to wait 45 minutes for my routine eye exam. Doctor said I shouldn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes. I have been a patient of this clinic for almost 40 years! So disappointed by how I was treated!!! Just like cattle in queue!!! When I asked if I had been forgotten, Front desk staff said I was all checked in. NOT helpful ! NOT honest! Front desk staff should have been honest & stepped up for not moving me along!!!
My husband and I have been patient's here for years. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr Kokc today and were very pleased! Alexi prepped me for my visit and was more than thorough! She was kind and caring and went above and beyond! We are so happy with this practice!! Thank you Associates in Eyecare!!
Billing at Assoc. in Eye Care mistakenly debited my bank account for $150. today. Because I could not wait for a credit card return, Ashley arranged for another way to get the funds back to my account! today. This extra effort on her part was much appreciated by me! Thanks Ashley!
I highly recommend Dr. Kruger. I recently had my cateracs removed. Dr. Kruger explained everything about the surgery and what I had to do post surgery. It was so easy and I was completely comfortable. The staff was great. Very professional and nice. I'll be recommending Dr. Kruger to all my friends & business associates.
