The office called my cellphone numerous times leading up to my appointment despite my confirming it multiple times. They also repeatedly tried to move the appointment earlier even after I spoke with them and explained that I was unable to do so. When I arrived, they would not listen to the reason for my visit. They have no regards to your time. It took more than 1.5hr on my first visit to see the doctor. My follow up visit took more 1hr to see the doctor. Disappointing medical practice. I have no comment on the doctor herself but the way the practice makes the patients wait such long time is not acceptable.
The staff here is amazing! Nevaeh was very knowledgeable and kind, making the whole experience smooth and easygoing. Dr. Brock was also very good and was able to treat me quickly and efficiently. Thankfully, it was nothing too serious and I was able to be in and out but without feeling rushed.
Dr. Brock is amazing! She really took the time to hear my concerns and give me a detailed eye exam! Staff was very friendly as well!
Had to wait 45 minutes for my routine eye exam. Doctor said I shouldn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes. I have been a patient of this clinic for almost 40 years! So disappointed by how I was treated!!! Just like cattle in queue!!! When I asked if I had been forgotten, Front desk staff said I was all checked in. NOT helpful ! NOT honest! Front desk staff should have been honest & stepped up for not moving me along!!!
