Everyone — the sign-in person, the nurse, and the doctor—was totally focused on helping us. The doctor listened carefully to what I said about my condition and then described the layout of the plan for helping me. He answered all of our questions and asked some, also. Then he left to find samples of the medication I would be starting on. The nurse returned with the samples and also with the Patient Visit Summary that had a lot of useful information about the medications and what I should be doing.
