I have been going to Associates in Digestive Health for a few years. Ive had positive experiences throughout the years. The front office personnel have been kind and courteous. Dr. Rajca is always very thorough. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure your questions are answered. I continue to be a patient of Dr Rajca.
I was a new patient at this office and gave the front desk my new insurance cards with Humana and my Medicaid card. She told me she didn't need the Medicaid card. And gave me some forms to fill out, after filling out the forms which I returned to the front desk, she told me I had a $265 payment because my deductible had not been met. I proceeded to tell her I don't have the deductibles or co-pays. She shrugged her shoulders and said that's what your insurance is informing me. She was rather condescending and not very helpful... read more
