When the appointment was made I had no clue I was seeing Melissa Atkinson because my last visit to the Shelbyville office I saw Dr. McAllister. I had a very disappointing experience during my visit with Associates in Dermatology Shelbyville . The appointment with Melissa Atkinson, PA-C, and the care I received was far below acceptable standards. Dr. ALWXANDER is wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable.
They suck. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and gave them all of my information a couple of months ago. Then when I got there today, after driving 40 minutes, they told me that they don’t accept my insurance and that I’m the second person this has happened to. The lady at the desk acted like well, not my problem, sorry about your luck.
