I experienced horrible customer service during my visit. When I was checking out and booking my follow-up appointment, the front desk and scheduling staff member seemed bothered, rude, and disrespectful. She even rolled her eyes when I asked a few simple questions. When she didn't know the answers about scheduling and availability, she would ignore me.
