This is the Best dermatology practice in Virginia. Great providers and staff. Excellent.
Tried to make an appointment at this place, front desk employee was extremely rude and not a hint of "care" in the world. Training for guest service should be the forefront of their business. I had some questions and she had no answers.
Have been a patient of Dr. Leslie Coker for 20 years and her father before that with 2 types of skin lesions removed from my back. etc. I was working out of state and had difficulty scheduling any appointments when home for the past 2 years. Today (June 4) I tried to make an appointment for a full body check and was told earliest July 2025 with her and June 2025 for check with anyone in the office. A few years ago, I saw a female doctor on her last day of work. I did feel a little rushed by her. My follow-up appointment for a full body check was canceled by the office without a reschedule.
Dr. Leslie Coker (Dr.Lee) and all the staff are so sweet! Dr. Lee is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares so much for her patients. She has gone above and beyond helping me with my alopecia. I want to recognize Della who spent so much time and effort getting my insurance to approve a medication that has dramatically helped.
