The staff was very welcoming, professional and efficient. Have been coming here since Dr Coker Jr was on Main St, thirty years ago. Exceptional care.
For several years, I had my annual full body checks for skin cancer at this office. I believed in them and trusted them. For two years they attempted to freeze what turned out to be basal cell carcinoma on my scalp, telling me it was nothing. The wound wouldn't heal and I wasn't heard. I had to come back after my annual exam this year and insist on a biopsy. It was basal cell stage one. ***Don't support this office*** I walk in this facility in the front desk black hair white lady is rude off the back. After I explained to her that I had appointment at 8:30 a.m. after I waited 6 months for and I explained to her that I recently just got off the phone when they told me the time of the appointment was at that at 3:30 which was a lie . I thinking she just to book other patients in my time slot. Completely unprofessional.
They did a good job when they actually saw me. I was a patient for some time. Twice my appointments were canceled or pushed back because my doctor had quit the practice. The second time they never got back to me so I was left hanging. Sooo. Haven’t seen them since.
