I want to give my own experience as Associates in Behavioral Counseling client. I have been going there for a long time. My therapist has always been a good listener and understanding. She is supportive of me. I started having her in February 2019. After my previous therapist left to go to Bloomington, in Dec. 2018. I have seen the office staff change over the years I have been going there.

I have seen the office staff change over the years I have been going there.
I was on their wait list for 3-4 months before I was finally able to see a therapist here. I had my initial session with Dr. Boberg, which was fine, I guess. It felt like she didn't read or even skim any of my intake materials, and I felt like she wasn't fully listening to me. She gave no background on her practice or how long she's been practicing, and it felt like our relationship was already established or assumed. If I could leave zero stars I would. The atmosphere at this place is unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The front desk staff are absolutely rude and this was my very first time here as referral from my son’s doctor. The initial visit is $172, however I was originally told $163, when I questioned the rude front desk lady said it’s just initial visit/intake and some office jargon that I didn’t understand. When I asked for a detailed bill for the charge she said a 3rd party entity handles their billing, also that they don’t bill an... read more
