Horrible as far as communication because I received a bill yesterday and they schedule me an urgent appointment for TODAY but because I have a balance that (I received yesterday) I can’t be seen, unless I pay the bill in full. Like damn, I can’t make payments. like wft!!!! I have never been to a doctors office like this before. Yeah I won’t be back

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30, I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I was not called back until nearly an hour later. I watched as people who came in 30 minutes after me got to been seen and check out before I was even called. When I was finally called me, the nurse who called me gave me a dirty look like I didn’t belong in the facility. I went to Kandice and I have always had an amazing experience. I tend to get anxious and ask a lot of questions. They never made me feel stupid or dramatic. They are always efficient but don’t make you feel rushed out of there. I had to transfer because I moved to Long Island but I wish I didn’t have to. The place I went to down here was a nightmare. I miss how easy and friendly it was here. If I move back, I’m coming right back here.
