I would give zero stars if I could… STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!! I have since left the practice! Giving you a far warning. Very shady office! Wish I left the practice earlier than when I actually did.
Just decided to find another practice after I was dismissed from my appointment by being 2 minutes outside the appointment window. Front office staff is rude. The doctor I saw was competent but always had one foot out the door - appointment times did not include time for questions. Happy to be gone, should have done it sooner.
Got told in Jan.2025 that my insurance would no longer cover the metformin I was on for my PCOS anymore(metformin 1000mg). So immediately I try to take care of it and find a solution. Numerous calls to my insurance company and this office got me no where and no one at the office seemed to genuinely care that this could possibly affect fertility down the road and plays a huge affect on how my body is now. I don’t normally give bad reviews and I have debated whether to write this because I’m too nice of a person, but this place is terrible. I’m sure it could’ve been just bad luck for me but I’ve never been so appalled and still mortified by my experience here from last year. Dr. Schoch was such a mean person and incredibly narcissistic. She didn’t want to take the time to listen to me or understand my medical history.
