Got told in Jan.2025 that my insurance would no longer cover the metformin I was on for my PCOS anymore(metformin 1000mg). So immediately I try to take care of it and find a solution. Numerous calls to my insurance company and this office got me no where and no one at the office seemed to genuinely care that this could possibly affect fertility down the road and plays a huge affect on how my body is now. I don’t normally give bad reviews and I have debated whether to write this because I’m too nice of a person, but this place is terrible. I’m sure it could’ve been just bad luck for me but I’ve never been so appalled and still mortified by my experience here from last year. Dr. Schoch was such a mean person and incredibly narcissistic. She didn’t want to take the time to listen to me or understand my medical history. Very Nice Experience. Accommodating and everyone was very friendly .
Excellent atmosphere of care for women, they offer obstetrics and gynecological care. I’ve gone to see them throughout all three of my pregnancies at multiple locations and they offer top notch,quality care for their patients. We have always been well taken care of here. I highly recommend especially for pregnancy and postpartum care. I’ve seen practically all of their providers in some form and they are all excellent care providers. I highly recommend them! I do not recommend. The front desk assistant (the white lady with the thick fake eyelashes) is so unprofessional and rude! As she’s checking me in, I’m asking questions because I’m confused she immediately jumps up and states she going to get her manager.
