Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

The office manager was very rude and the waiting room staff were unfriendly.
