I’d give negative stars for this company! Run away if they are in charge of a property you’re interested in. Marlena and husband Sway should not be managing properties together. They ran a HOA meeting together for some odd reason, and when homeowners were upset with them making new rules on the fly they adjourned the meeting after just 12 minutes into a meeting they called.
