I had seen multiple doctors to the point where somebody had suggested surgery. I went into this office and was treated so well and explained to me in great detail why my ankle and foot were doing what they were doing. I had been in so much pain for months, and the irritation had gone on for a year. I highly suggest anyone having any issues with their feet or ankles to go into this office. A true godsend here in Lynchburg, Virginia.
After a Google review by RO. The doctor dropped me as a patient for complaining about the rudeness of his staff, making an assumption based on the timing of the RO review. Sadly, this sends the message that patients are not worthy of respect. He condones the rude behavior of his staff to the point of dropping a patient for speaking truth and asking for respectful behavior in the presence of respectful behavior.
The very worst office staff I have truly ever encountered--rude, apathetic, and callously disrespectful while I was offering an abundance of respect. Sadly, Dr. Zindel is caring with a delightful sense of humor. His office staff will be the ruin of him or likely negatively impact a thriving practice--such a shame.
