My doctor's office sends a referral I called to make an appointment she tells me she needs my insurance card information I give it to her. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that it is not my main insurance information that I have something else and that I need to give her that information. I had an excellent experience as a first time patient, much less one who had never needed podiatry before. The front office staff were friendly and patient (I had forgotten my insurance card and they waited while I retrieved a copy). Dr. Zindel was non-judgmental, caring and very informative. He even asked about my kid and life in general. I recommend to everyone in need of podiatry!
Think twice before going to that place. Today I called to make an appointment and asked if they could provide me with the provider's service code to be sure my insurance would cover it. They told me they couldn't provide it and told me to make an appointment with another provider. It's the first time that provider's team has refused to give patients this information, nor did they even explain why. I am very pleased with my visit to Associated Podiatry of Central Virginia. From the moment I walked in, I was promptly greeted by friendly staff. When Dr. Zindel introduced himself, I was immediately made to feel comfortable. He was very professional and thoroughly addressed my foot issue, providing me with the necessary topical and antibiotic to heal my foot. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zindel to anyone who has problems with their feet. Thank you to all whom I encountered today!
