This place is grossly mismanaged and completely chaotic they lost my foot scans I had to come back reschedule after almost 2 months of waiting for my my or thought X and when they did do the 2nd scan of my feet the worker messed up and held my foot sideways they made the orthodontic completely wrong for my foot with the support in the wrong place causing extreme damage to my foot and immense foot pain they messed up my insurance II spent just hours trying to get things straightened out with them one hand just doesn't know wh... read more
To whom it may concern: I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I just had a terrible experience at this clinic. I got sent over from my Primary Care doctor for a night split and experienced terrible customer service! When I called to inquire about this, the front desk staff said she needed to look into my situation and how/if they dispense a night split since I am not a patient.
