I was seen here all my life and just switched clinics. I don’t remember the doctors name but he was rude hard to get ahold of and told me the opposite of what my kidney doc told me. Went in to get my ear checked for drainage loss of hearing and fluid leaking. He Looked for 15 sec said nothing was wrong but I can send you to a specialist. Still have pain and fluid. Shout out to the wonderful Dr. Schroeder, who stabbed my toe not once, not twice, but 7 different times on two different visits. A 10/10 on the pain scale, but also a 10/10 on the most memorable treatment and a 11/10 on the laugh and scream factor. I hope I didn't scare off too many of your patients! And to the wonderful nurse that helped cause me so much pain, I'm grateful for the stress balls I destroyed and hope you have a wonderful retirement!
I have never had the issues people have listed above. I get great responses when I call. And if I don't get a call back until late afternoon or evening it's usually because they are a small clinic and extremely busy. I don't know where the problems are coming from they have never come up in my experience, nor any of my family, many of who use this same clinic. I've had very caring responses to many of my health issues, which often arise quickly.

Love Associated Physicians! I have been going there for 8+ years for internal meds and obgyn. My 3 year old goes to the pediatric dept there and I love everyone who we have come in contact with. Big shout out today for my son who developed pink eye on of course a Sunday morning. Called the on call dr and received a call back immediately and saved us a trip to urgent care! Care like this is hard to come by these days. Thanks to everyone at AP from the friendly reception desks all the way to the Drs for what you do :)
This place is so dysfunctional. The reception staff, financial operation and nurse referral system are all in serious need of revamping. For example, reception staff has been assigned to dun patients arriving at the clinic for dr. appts. to make bill payments even when a prior arrangement has already been made with finance. More to the point, since this is a medical operation, one would think that patients' health needs would be the top priority.
