We recently decided to leave this practice after an extremely disappointing experience. My three children had appointments scheduled for 3:30 PM. Due to unexpected traffic and a lack of cell service, we were unable to call ahead and arrived at 3:43 PM. Upon arrival, we were told the appointments had been canceled and were charged a $75 no-show fee. We drive an hour to see our dentist for our girls. It’s definitely worth a drive. We tried all the pediatric dentist around our area but we didn’t like them. We have been going to Dr Rice and APD office. He’s straight forward, friendly and very patient with kids. Most especially he really wants to help your kids with any dental problems. He takes time to answer us with our questions and concerns. We highly recommend them!
Excellent dentist, very patient with my young girls.
I have 2 special needs children and dental visits can be difficult for everyone involved. Everyone in the office has always been very accommodating and patient with my little ones. Highly recommend!!
