Dr. Nelson and Tammy are an amazing team! I was VERY anxious. Dr. Nelson and Tammy were kind, energetic and positive- getting to know me as a person first, before educating me on the process. I chose to be awake during the extraction. The doctor was skilled and efficient. I felt no pain, just a touch of pressure which Dr. Nelson talked me through. 24 hours later - minus one molar - my upper teeth feel better than they have in years. Thank you so much.
The staff and Dr. Howard are excellent. Both were very nice and made jokes to keep my mind off of getting all four of my wisdom teeth out. The procedure was fast and efficient. I haven't had much pain at all. I would highly recommend.
Update- 04/09/2024 - another visit, more teeth pulled- and omg STILL THE BEST EXPERIENCE for even the most phobic of clients. Dr Nelson and his team were amazing, faced my terror and phobia with kindness, assurance, and humor. My difficult extractions (yeah- 2 teeth this time. Talk about twice the terror…) were painless. Yup. Painless! So still 5 stars. Would TOTALLY recommend even to those like me. Especially to those like me!!! I had to get a tooth pulled with just getting shots and not being put to sleep. The staff and the Dr were great, I felt nothing and it was smooth. I would recommend them to others.
