Staff was friendly and very clear on after care instructions. Tooth was out before I knew it I didn’t feel any pressure or pain
Dr Nelson was extremely rude!!! When I told them I was in severe pain and asked as kindly as I could for them to stop, they completely ignored me and kept going. After my follow up appointment, I will never step foot in that place again!!! I strongly encourage if you’re a person with anxiety disorder to not go!
If you need your wisdom teeth pulled, like i did, go see Dr. Nelson. I’ve never had any dental work done, at my big age, so i was super anxious. Dr Nelson and his assistant (i wish i had gotten her name) did an excellent job. They made me comfortable, told me everything i asked about (because i had some questions lol) and removed my teeth with no issues. I barely was in pain afterwards and my recovery has been a breeze so far. 🙂
Good doctors, good staff member, a lot knowledge
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had such an incredible experience here and I can’t say enough good things about the Dr. Nelson and his staff. When my son cracked his tooth on the playground at school, we showed up unannounced and understandably very upset. They took us in right away without hesitation. My son was in a lot of pain with the root exposed, and they went above and beyond by opening early the very next morning to surgically remove the rest of his tooth so he wouldn’t have to suffer any longer.
